The subscription will become active once registered at Nowtv.com.
Service
The service we offer is a VPN service. The subscription to Now TV will be charged by Now TV and the account would be self managed by the customer.
Prices and Content
All prices are charged in pounds sterling and are subject to VAT . Prices of the Now TV subscription and VPN service are subject to change and you will be notified by email.
Payment
Nowuktv.com accept all major credit or debit cards for our VPN service. You will need a UK credit or debit card to subscribe to Now TV.
Purpose
NowUKTV have established this website to customers to enquire/order/purchase services and/or equipment internet tv based services.
Indemnity
The Purchaser shall indemnify the Seller and/or its associates, employees, officers and directors against all claims, liability or damage arising out of breach of these Terms & Conditions and/or services and equipment supplied by the Seller.
Delivery
We will ship upon order. All deliveries are through UPS courier service and guaranteed Worldwide delivery within 5 working days. Most areas within mainland Europe are next working day delivery. Contact us for further individual delivery times.
Security
We take every reasonable precaution to protect your personal information both online and offline. We adhere fully to the Data protection act. We do not share information with any other companies at any time. Our services and products are permitted only for use outside of the UK for individual, non commercial purposes. Information requested when ordering services and/or equipment including credit/debit card details is encrypted with the industry standard encryption software.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law the products and equipment we provide for sale are provided by us on an “as is” basis and we make no representations or warranties of any kind to the accuracy, completeness, satisfactory quality or suitability for any purpose of the information or any of the products and equipment contained on our site.
Warranties
All products supplied by Nowuktv carry the manufacturers warranty and guarantee of 12 months. Faulty equipment will be sent back to the manufacturer and a replacement will be sent back to you as soon as possible.
Law
If any exclusion, disclaimer or other provision contained in these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid for any reason by a court of competent jurisdiction and the Seller becomes liable thereby for loss or damage that may lawfully be limited, such liability whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will not exceed the total charges paid by the Purchaser in the 12 months preceding such liability arising. All matters are governed by EU law. We recommend that customers have a valid TV licence if they are choosing to view any BBC broadcasts. Nowuktv is not responsible for monitoring this.
Delivery Policy
All orders are shipped within 2 working days subject to stock levels. Shipment will be confirmed by e mail which will include the relevant tracking reference number.
Equipment orders are shipped by Standard UPS and the cost is based on the number or units purchased. We can ship to all areas of Western Europe and can offer Standard, Express and next day delivery service. There may be extra costs involved for the Express and Next Day services and for those deliveries out side of Western Europe.
